There was a 100 yard football field. There was a sled. There were four 45 lb plates. There were physical and mental gains that needed to be made. It was nearly 95 degrees....but hey, “you don’t have to enjoy everything you do in life, son.”

200 yard sled push
•Set 1 - add a 45 lb plate at each 20 yard mark.
•Set 2 - take off a 45 lb plate at each 20 yard mark.

Grip those bars, keep your feet chopping. The shorter the breaks you take the easier it will be. Your natural tendency is to stop and let the pain wear off but it only makes it worse.

This was the “finisher” of a 3 hour session in which we put the groovelife ZEUS ring to the test. We tested it on just about every aspect of physical fitness we could imagine and it passed the test. No stretching, no slipping, no discomfort. Definitely going to add more colors to my training gear.
