#workoutoftheday - Continuing to create plyo push-up explosiveness. - From a functional training perspective: plyo pushup explosiveness is great for increasing punching power. - Start your plyo pushup progression with nothing to put your hands on and gradually add height such as a plate, a pad or the top of a soft plyo box. I don’t suggest going straight to 30” bench. - It’s always good to do any kind of plyo pushup at the start of a chest workout when you have the most explosiveness and can effectively wake up your nervous system. - Keep on progressing.
