There’s nothing like the anticipation of the #vo2max testing. It’s a horrible experience because the test doesn’t end until you’re absolutely spent and have to quit. - But then again, shouldn’t you be excited about these kinds of situations? Think about it. - When was the last time you engaged in an activity or workout that didn’t have a finish line, a set count, a rep count? The only way for the activity to be over was for you to get to the breaking point and you have to quit? - It’s those moments right before the breaking point that is called “outside your comfort zone.” - This particular test, I got to the point at which modern science and research said the body should be shutting down and the test subject should be quitting and then I preceded to go 2 min 12 seconds after that. - I don’t say this to brag.
