#workoutoftheday - a few weeks ago, the last strength work of camp with drcpeacock - KB Squats 3x12 KB Rotations 3x10each side Floor #BenchPress 3sets 8•6•3 KB Single Arm Pulls 3x12 KB Deadlift 3x12 - Most will ask why we do bench press from the floor. We like to not go as deep so we protect the shoulders and really get good power and strength in the medium to end range for our punches. Hence the “touch and go” comment. As soon as the elbows touch the floor we change speeds and explode to the ceiling. If you have access to boards, you can use them as well.
