I’ve really been focusing on success and not perfection in my day to day life. We all have a tendency to be too hard on ourselves and think that just because we have a bad day, a bad performance, or a bad event happen to us, that we are failing. This kind of thinking will only lead to self-image issues because you are chalking things up to failures that are really just all part of the process.
