This is something I saw being taught at mizzouwrestling last week. Too often we just think about getting the leg back. But curling your heel to your butt like shown in this video actually makes you heavier and forces you to lean your weight forward. It’s just simple body mechanics but the weight you distribute to your opponent is far greater with a leg curl. So drill this today and have your partner tell you which is heavier...defense with or without a leg curl. Get get it guys!!!
