Squat down to pick up the ball with good form and explode out of the squat with full body full range of motion. You should not feel pressure on the lower back if you’re doing this movement with proper form. You should be exploding out of the squat similar to a dead lift or power clean Toss, jog, toss, jog, toss, jog. You can go for reps or for time. I like to do at least 1 minute intervals. This 1 minute movement can also be added to a circuit of any kind.
