Saying goodbye to 2022 . It’s bittersweet. I look back with big tears in my eyes, because I feel so lucky. . My hubby and my girls, my family, my friends and my ride or die, my ESPN Family who I miss so dam much and all these sweet memories in between. . Sports picked it up a notch for my kids… . Madison plays 2 select sports in softball and soccer… And also plays basketball, Audrey plays select soccer and will be playing softball the spring. . Grateful for the chaos and everyone who supports me through it. . So dam glad I found @f45_training_bothell and that fearless community. . I will continue to keep putting my fitness first because I know how happy it makes me & I will continue to be as transparent with you all and more for 2023! .
