I’m sad to see it go because it was such a TOUGH GRIND! . I learned a lot about myself these last couple months… . 🤍 I CAN DO HARD SHIT 🤍 I can push through discomfort 🤍 I can put myself first with fitness 🤍 I kept betting on me even if the scale didn’t move 🤍 This all meant more then NUMBERS on a SCALE .
