The grind isn’t glamorous, but at times if you don’t win an Olympic Medal it’s as if your journey doesn’t seem as impressive. . The sleepless nights, the training sessions, the tears shed, the doubt… all of it matters… it’s just a bit sweeter if you win a medal. . Less then 1% of the world 🌍 gets too compete in an Olympics. . Never forget that ❤️
