I’ve been asked numerous times if I’m doing keto while I’m with Team Canada, and the answer is NO.
I’ve put on 8-9 lbs since I’ve been at camp, I’ve ate great, added way more carbs then I was having in the last 7-8 months and have a treat because it makes me feel dam good.
My focus was to focus on fuelling my body for longer & hotter days where I need a lot more coming from the engine then I did previously.
I feel STRONG AF, super happy, and content with where I’m at. Remember strong is the new thin. I walk around at 188-190 and I’m dam proud of what this body does for me 🏆
