Nerves? Disappointment? Scared? • • When I was little I used to hate pressure, the fear of failing would weigh on me. I learned at a young age from my dad, that the harder you work at something, the smoother the outcome is regardless of winning or losing. You should always EXPECT to win, and WANT to win, but how does your character shine through when you fail? • • I’ve learned over time, in order for me to be ok regardless of the outcome, I must tap into another level of work ethic.
