Throw back .... Me back in 2013, working out with Maddie at 38 weeks, and me at 38 weeks today working out with baby
#2. It's crazy to feel the difference in pregnancies just based on me working out.... Doesn't look like much of a difference, but my energy is through the roof in comparison to last time, which has helped me deal with a 2.5 year old this time around.... I've worked out quite a bit harder, because I haven't been scared / nervous like last time.... I'm about 17 lbs lighter than I was with Maddie.... Swelling has been very minimum... I try and go to the gym 6 days a week. I do 20 minutes cardio, stair master or elliptical, followed by a 45 minute workout class.... My eating has been a bit better, but I still have my moments and that's where working has helped me! Also trying to drink close to 120 oz of water a day keeps everything feeling good! Everyone has different pregnancies and some would say your pushing yourself to hard, I believe in pushing YOUR own limits.... If it...
