Our world has been thrown into an emotional & physical melting pot of uncertainties. The arrival of a #globalpandemic has tossed gasoline onto a slow burn of underlying anxiety that has erupted into the mass panic we are seeing today. Unfortunately, as a society, we are not prepared to deal with uncertainty - we don't have the resilience skills in place to tolerate the discomfort of the unknown. So the question becomes, how do we develop this capacity to face the uncertainties of our world? Answer: we can practice! How else do you find your footing on the shifting terrain of a sand trap? Get in the bunker, dig in, & try. Focus your attention on the ball, put your mind to the task, & swing away.
