Band Face Pull: Face pulls are often done using a cable machine with the rope attachment, but we like bands!
Here are some benefits of the band face pull.
✅ All the upper back/shoulder goodness already achieved with the regular face pull
✅ Convenient for large groups when there are not enough cable machines or any cable machines at all. They can be done just about anywhere in the world as long as you can wrap a band around something.
✅ Bands uniquely offer increased tension as they stretch, therefore you can adjust the resistance by how far you are from the attachment point.
✅ Try pulling apart the portion of the band that's between your hands to add tension in an alternate plane.
✅ Tip: keep your elbows in line or slightly above your wrists.
✅ Tip: Don't lean too far back, and don't push your face forward toward the band. Keep your head neutral and pull the band to your face.
