✅ All the goodness already achieved with any overhead pressing movement PLUS
✅ An offset load (KB load sits behind and below the point of grip) to challenge your grip as well as the strength and stability of your shoulder musculature.
✅ Unilateral movement challenges stability and strength of your core musculature to stay in alignment as you fight to not bend or rotate.
✅ Try varying the movement by switching by up your stance to seated or kneeling on one knee.
