Despite having one of the largest and best equipped private training centers in the world, we’ll be the first to tell you that facilities and equipment are secondary to coaching and commitment. ⠀ ⠀ Over the past 2.5 weeks, we’ve been offering outdoor training because our facility remains forced closed by government order due to COVD-19. Last week the temperatures outdoors were in the mid 90s (~35c). This week the temperatures have dropped but it’s been wet and rainy. Despite these challenges, our members continue to get it done. Fitness is a lifestyle. Our most successful clients commit to the never ending process of getting better day by day. This process doesn’t stop for rain or heat. It doesn’t stop because the gym is closed.
