Here’s an example of a drill used in our Scholastic Prep class (6-8th grades), utilizing our ROXs gaming system. . This drill forces kids to respond to visual and auditory stimuli and make quick decisions. The variability of the flashing lights forces them to make quick decisions. We used a fixed amount of time for each person to trigger (turn off) as many lights as possible.
