In a sport like track and field where performance is measured in cm and milliseconds you need to train for every last physical edge you can get. In this short video, Athletic Lab’s mikeyoungphd talks about a complex he is using with the Athletic Lab Track Club to elicit what is known as a post-activation potentiation.
