Here’s what Coach brianguilppc has to say about it: . “While strength, technique, and mobility are obvious limiters of progressing with the power clean, I see one other, often overlooked, and just as common of a limiter. . A catch any higher than parallel is considered a power clean. So if you are frustrated because you aren’t hitting PRs in Power Clean but your catch position always looks like the one in the left side of this picture, it’s time to start dropping under the bar and catching more like the right side of the picture.” .
