Thanks to all the coaches who showed up to the Carolina Performance Group meeting held at #athleticlab tonight. The group is made up of the top collegiate and professional #strengthandconditioning coaches in the state. The group meets several times a year to listen to selected speakers and discuss topics related to the profession. Our staff and intern group are always well represented as both attendees and lecturers.
