#transformationtuesday the top pic is what #athleticlab looked like when we first moved in to our current facility. We moved in to the space in 2011. We took the space 'as is' and were actually open for business the same day that pic was taken. Over the 5 years that followed we've upgraded the space and equipment whenever we possibly could. 99% of the #upgrades were done in-house by our staff, members or interns.
