#alldamnday is the slogan for the #athleticlab Endurance group. While started as another class under our #Performance #Fitness membership umbrella by mikeyoungphd, the class has morphed in to a die-hard community within a community under the leadership and coaching of Coach stephshaw28. Today the group trains 4 times each week and regularly races at competitions like Spartan events, Ninja challenges, and local road races and triathlons. The team regularly takes individual and team podium positions.
