Pastry Stout. ABV: 12.5%. Pours a deep thick and smooth motor oil consistency. Smells nutty and decadent, like a fudge walnut brownie. Super decadent. Tastes like an absolute dessert, mega chocolate with notes of creamy vanilla. Pastry as fuck. Creamy and heavy foam. Bakers chocolate and nut butter. Vanilla on the roof of the mouth. I may have written this description in a bit of a rush while doing a bunch of cleaning. The writing probably could be better but honestly, this beer is phenomenal and there’s only so much you can do to describe it. My recommendation would be to find it if you can, and get on the RC hype train. They’re doing some really phenomenal work. *FYI - this beer was drunk after hours while off work* . . . . . . . ...
