Very excited about this beer. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We brewed this rustic lager with aged hops holding really nice barnyard floral/herbal notes that haven’t gone quite cheesy. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’ll hang here with our House Lager Yeast for Primary Fermentation and then transfer over to our funky fermenter using our funky hoses and pump, where we’ll lager it until it’s ready. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Hoping and expecting to pick up some subtle funk from the resident cultures (BOOM! #namesake ) around our brewery along the way. ⁣ ⁣ Eagerly waiting to see how it turns out & to share a true taste of Plaza Midwood with y’all. 🍺🤓🔬🦠🙏
