Every Wednesday, our #rcrunclub and the Left Hand Carolinas Bike Team gathers to run & ride, rain or shine, and hang after. We’re so proud of these folks who have become family and come get their sweat on weekly. The Bike Team just got their jerseys last night and once again amazed us as they casually biked 20+ miles before making their way back for beers and some nosh. They’re raising money for MS and are riding in honor of some fantastic humans we know who are fighting to eliminate Multiple Sclerosis. Y’all are dang fine people and we are thrilled to be your home base here in the Carolinas.
