Sporty beach 🏝🎾 • What do you do to get away from your regular routine? - I used to always think that if I wasn’t working or working on something, then I was wasting time. And for some reason I always think time is running out and I have to do everything now lol. Sometimes I really don’t allow myself to have beach day’s because I think there are more important things I should be doing. - This past year I got SUPER burnt out. This led to me literally hating work and hating workouts for a period of time. There wasn’t any balance. Once I started allowing myself to cut work off at a certain time, or have set days to literally just chill, or have more rest days from the gym (sometimes even 3 days a week if I need it), I realized I could think more clearly when I did work, I gave more effort, and I felt so much better mentally when I approached these things. - Giving your energy to the things you like to do that really might not require much energy at all are sometimes so needed to give be...
