Whatโ€™s your why!? โ€ข Why do you workout, why do you eat healthy, why do you work, why do you do any of it? โ€ข I started asking myself this recently when I got into a funk, and I tried to think back to the very beginning. I wanted to literally be like superwoman ๐Ÿ˜‚ I wanted to have this crazy ability to have strength, speed, feel energized 24/7 and use all the tools I was given because guysโ€ฆall the tools are IN FRONT OF YOU, to be my best in the one life Iโ€™m given. I love the feeling I get after pushing myself to the limit. โ€ข Then it transitioned into sharing that joy with others and showing them how to do the same. I LOVE that too. (And by joy I mean pain sorry to my clients ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚) ok Iโ€™m kidding. But really, ask yourself this and think back to the very beginning and I guarantee it will change your mindset a little bit on your hardest days ๐Ÿ’•
