Swagger starting to come back a little bit. I hadn't cleaned anything over 135 lbs in about 3-4 years. Sprained my wrist and had a mental block ever since. Made half hearted attempts, but my mind wouldn't comply. I might workout 2-4 times a month if that, so to get back to 200 lbs off of high blocks is cool with me. You can tell I was a little shook on the first rep because I hadn't attempted it in 5 years.
The 53in box Jump...that was a spur of the moment deal at the end of the night last week. Wanted to see if I could get it with no warm up within 3 attempts. It took me two.
I'm retired, so it's good see that 20+ years of training is still hanging around. Even if in a reduced state.
