Shout out to these young men playing HARD yesterday in the 3rd Annual Toney Clemons (toney_kenobi)SteelCity Invitational powered by Pylon Elite Camps. This was my first time coaching in a 7 on 7 tournament. Last year, these same guys scored 3 TD's the entire tournament from what I hear...yesterday they put up 11, and we rotated QB's EVERY series the entire tournament. It was good to see my guy calico276 get respect from the top 7 on 7 organizations in the NATION on how much his team improved from last year. He does a lot for these kids coming from low-income single parent households, and deserved to be praised for his CONSISTENT efforts! Side note: I didn't think I'd EVER be that coach running around, yelling, slamming my playbook on the ground and being the loudest person in the complex. I caught myself saying "I've gotta chill, I'm acting like Coach Brock." LOL! I respect the passion you had back then more than ever now though coach! dannyob5 is in training camp in Canada right now...
