On 11/30/15 j.brown._ ran 4.56 for 40 yards with a 2.57 20 yard dash split. He had been stuck in this range since his 10th grade year. On 1/8/16 he ran 4.44 before he headed to Wake Forest as an early enrollee! This was his first ever 4.4 40 yard dash! This WAS NOT an easy job! Jeremiah was already naturally fast the day he walked in. The faster you are, the tougher it is to drop time. He was also confident in the way he previously ran because he's always been the fastest. He finally bought in and made the necessary changes needed to break his "speed barrier." #WholeCliqueEatin #TrainEfficientlyToBeEffective #WilliamBradleySportsPerformance #Speed #Agility #BeforeAndAfter #SportsPerformance #Wheels #Fast #HardWork #Improvement #SprintForm #Technique #TechnicalEfficiency #Grinding #Power #WhatMoreCanISay
