One benefit of that weighted feeling of climbing out from under a pile of rocks is that once and a while it can feel like you’re floating for a moment. Having one of those moments. To be honest, having my work in our state’s museum has always felt like an unattainable goal so this definitely feels like a milestone in my art journey.
