Starting from Fleet Street to Lake Shore Boulevard, Fort York is one of Toronto’s newest residential communities. It’s within walking distance to the Entertainment District along King Street, the Canadian National Exhibition grounds, and the parks and trails across the waterfront. The median listing price for homes in this area starts at $679,999, with a sold price of $741,099. This district currently consists of high-rise apartment buildings, which sell in approximately eight median days while on the market.
