Moving onward! #Day1 Twenty-two student veterans from AU and UA are one day into their 150 mile ruck march to Tuscaloosa. Each member of the group is carrying 22 pounds of donations to be delivered to the Bill Nichols Veteran's Home in Alexander City. The purpose of the ruck march is to bring awareness to the 22 suicides committed by veterans every day. The veterans are also carrying the Iron Bowl game ball that will be delivered to Bryant-Denny Stadium. #operationironruck #ASVA #WarEagle
