This is always the bittersweet part of the job when you have been training someone since 13 years old and now they are headed off to college. Regardless, I couldn’t be any prouder of Caroline O’Brien and fired up she is our 1st summer 18’ send off! I could count the number of athletes on one hand who have never complained about a workout or tried to ‘negotiate’ an easier workout. Also, she has trained 6 days a week with the UA staff for the last year and a half. The girl is real and these qualities will bring success and happiness to whatever she does. I am blessed to have an athlete like Caroline! #UA #straightboutit #sleddog
