Tanya Graham, a Greenville resident, underwent a life-changing experience after feeling fatigued while cutting her grass. What she thought was an asthma attack turned into a heart failure diagnosis. Following surgery, Graham opted to participate in cardiac rehabilitation at ECU Health.
