September 25th I took a trip back to Ballard High School my alma mater. I remember running track there and having to practice on a concrete oval. Hindsight, I probably would have been a way better high school track athlete had I trained on a better surface. So for all of you out there running on concrete and grass just know you can make it too! From training two months out of the year on concrete to running in front of thousands of people.
