Noah Morlock ’25 of CHS Digital Media earned the Best Photography award at St. Bonaventure’s “CommDay.” Morlock, of Buffalo, won for a selection of his outstanding photos from CHS athletics events in the “CommPetition” held at Friday’s CommDay, hosted by St. Bonaventure’s Jandoli School of Communication and attended by nearly 300 students from New York and Pennsylvania. Morlock (morlockprod) received a certificate from Jandoli School Dean Aaron Chimbel and a $500 St. Bonaventure scholarship if he should choose to attend Bona. Lucas Dembski ’24 (dembskiprod) was also nominated for an award by CHS Digital Media for his excellent video creations. CommDay has a long history at St. Bonaventure, dating back to its inception in 1936 as Press Day. CHS Digital Media participated in CommDay workshops that included focuses on disinformation, photography, advertising, social media and sports broadcasting.
