My heart breaks for these pups, and for the person who did this. We are heartbroken to report that the weakest passed away despite the doctor's best efforts to keep the life from escaping her small body. She was too malnourished and eaten alive by a parasite infestation, and nothing could keep her hanging on. We are so angry that the people who dumped them waited so long before doing so that at least one has perished... our fingers are crossed and we are praying with all our might for the rest of these babies.
