@stirfryguru ) invited us to the oldest Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown: Pasteur Grill & Noodle. Owner Dennis Chung has operated this eatery since ‘95, and his son Tony practically grew up there. Now pursing his master’s degree—and soon his doctorate—Tony has still found time to help his father modernize, at a time when the business is facing more challenges than ever.
The food and hospitality is Righteous. Grace dropped knowledge on which dishes correlate to Lunar New Year celebrations, as we dined on essentials like shaken beef and pan fried noodles. Her activism to
