You can’t go to Staten Island without pulling up to lakruwanarestaurant and feasting on Sri Lankan delicacies 🇱🇰. Their weekend buffet is highly recommended, but one thing you won’t find there is the lamprais. You’ll have to order this delicacy separately, which is a banana-leaf wrapped medley of curries with rice, whose recipe dates back 300+ years 🤯.
