To get started, we're looking north as #5 Pepperdine travels to Berkeley today to meet the Golden Bears of Cal. At 9-5 overall, #14 Cal enters with a three match winning streak in conference competition behind junior Haley Giavara (San Diego), while Pepperdine's new look Waves sit at 11-3 overall as the no. 5 ranked team in the ITA collegiate rankings. Pepperdine's international roster boasts a wealth of talent including the #9 ranked singles player, grad student former Ohio State All-American Shiori Fukuda.
