Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for Black women. Dr. Janet Helms. Her research in the area of racial identity theory is foundational. Dr. Kumea Shorter-Gooden. Her book "Shifting" grounded me in the study of Black women's experiences. Dr. Helen Neville.
