Our final team award for 2019-20 season, THE MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, goes to 4th year forward Olivier Simon. Oliver’s progress and improvement in four years at Concordia has been tremendous. His outstanding work ethic and commitment to getting better every single day are the reasons he was selected on the RSEQ 1st All-Star team this season. He averaged career highs in points (15.2) and rebounds (7.1) while shooting a solid 58% from FG and 74% from FT. He was instrumental in leading our team and helping us to a 2nd place finish in the regular season. He scored a career high 35 points versus UQAM on November 9th and had a monster game of 34 points and 14 rebounds versus Bishop’s on January 30th.
