G R A T I T U D E ✨ — Last year an incredible woman contacted me (this is her, darling Iga) and said she loved what I was doing with Centered by Design and wanted to inquire about open positions. I badly needed help but had never hired a full time employee, needless to say she has become my right hand. This Renessiance woman (originally from Poland) has helped CBD whip our procedures into place, tackle my most hated spreadsheets and brings an incredibly trained eye to every project we design. She has a smile for everyone and I feel incredibly lucky to have her as a leader on our team. Miss Amy (originally from AZ) found us this year, and has brought impeccable organization, her use of AutoCAD as an art form 🤗 and dedication to getting the job done to each project, and says yes to every random task I throw at her!
