Centered By Design is an extension of my feelings about design, peace of mind, personal sanctuary and my love of yoga. Nothing makes me happier or more centered than yoga or design, and sharing them with people. At first glance, the world of interior design and the yogic world might not seem very connected, but I believe that you can find your center (your place of sanctuary, relaxation, peace - whatever you want to call it) anywhere (and not just in the yoga studio and good design can help!).
