Today we kicked off the Mayor's Environment Expo, investing in the environmental stewards of tomorrow and promoting environmental sustainability in Calgary. #mayorexpo - 4,000 students will join us over the next 3 days to learn about local environmental issues through fun & interactive exhibits & workshops. They'll also learn simple actions they can take to protect the 🌎 by attending over 45 exhibits & 60 hands-on workshops. ​- A key component of the Expo is the Eco-Leader program where teachers engage students in deeper learning & lead environmental actions in their communities.
