Penelope came to us needing some TLC. She was matted badly, hence her reverse-mullet haircut (business in the back, party in the front). Once her fur grows in, a regular brushing should keep it under control. Penelope would prefer to be the only pet in a household, mostly because she’ll give you all the love you need. She’ll also take all the love you can give, especially if you pet her behind her ears. #yycfurryfriday Stop by the Animal Services Centre to meet Penelope or any of our other adoptable cats or dogs.
