His skating isn’t terrific, but he is still aggressive in transition and moving up ice. Clarke is also an excellent defender. He plays his gaps 1v1 extremely well, and he uses his long reach to his advantage. Everytime Clarke is on the ice, he is doing positive for your team. There is a bit of a divide on whether he has great offensive instincts and skill.
