thru my life I’ve struggled the most w my identity; not cuz I didn’t know who I was, but cuz I didn’t know how to fold myself neatly into boxes for society’s audit and for other people’s palette. what do I want to be? three words that most describe you? .... geez... idkidk ? WhAt if I don’t want to have a concrete plan?! This use to bug me so much, cause we seem to be obsessed w putting things in boxes and writing our life out in to-do lists. I spent years in self-doubt, listening to people who in the end, didn’t really even care about me. After it all, I’m still the same flighty goof sticking my head behind every door... Then I realised that’s just me :) there nothing wrong w it. I just need to be the best me for me. I haven’t changed the way I am, or the way I choose to live my life.
